What KAP combines

Ketamine with skilled psychotherapy

At TMC, we combine the neurological benefits of ketamine with skilled psychotherapy to help clients access deeper healing, emotional insight, and lasting change.

Our licensed clinical team provides careful medical oversight, personalized dosing, and supportive integration therapy before and after every session. Treatment plans are tailored to your needs and may include intramuscular injections or lozenge-based ketamine.

Step 1

Preparation

Laying the foundation

60 minutes

Your KAP journey begins with a one-on-one preparation session in our dedicated ketamine room.

During this meeting, your provider will review what to expect before, during, and after treatment. Together, you'll explore your goals, discuss preparation guidelines, explore intentions, and address any questions or concerns.

This session helps you enter your first KAP experience feeling informed, grounded, and ready for the process ahead.

Step 2

Experience

Your KAP session

3 hours

Your provider will guide you through the session by reviewing your treatment plan, establishing a therapeutic intention, and administering a carefully tailored dose of ketamine either orally as a lozenge or intramuscularly.

Throughout the process, we remain present to support your comfort, safety, and emotional needs.

Our team brings specialized training in psychedelic medicine and trauma-informed care to create a calm, structured, and healing environment where deep therapeutic work can occur.

Step 3

Integration

Turning insight into growth

60 minutes

Integration is an essential part of your healing journey. These sessions provide space to reflect on your KAP experience, explore insights that emerged, and apply them in meaningful ways to daily life.

Integration sessions can be completed with your KAP provider or your primary therapist, ensuring continuity of care and supporting long-term transformation.

We view integration as the heart of psychedelic medicine, where insight becomes lasting change and healing continues to unfold.

Recommended path

A series of sessions can support lasting results

It is recommended to complete a series of treatment sessions when starting KAP for successful long-term results. After your initial KAP session, you may schedule subsequent sessions recommended by your provider, such as weekly or monthly sessions.

You may work with your own therapist, or we can provide one of our clinicians for integration. During the medicine session, ketamine can shift you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, creating space for insight and transformational experiences unique to you.
