Medication Assisted Treatment is critical to a strong recovery plan.

At TMC, we embrace harm reduction and recognize that not everyone is ready or able to stop substance use entirely. FDA-approved medications, counseling, and lifestyle support can reduce cravings, manage withdrawal, and support your current version of recovery.

Options may support opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder, smoking cessation, and emerging GLP-1 medications used for substance use disorders.

Medical detox

Outpatient Detox

+
In-office detox: 5-7 days, $3,600
At-home detox: $1,500 per day (Up to 3 hours plus travel expenses; 4-day minimum)
At-home detox with live-in provider: $2,700 per day (Plus travel expenses; 4-day minimum)

With close to 20 years of experience in medication management and detoxification from opiates, alcohol, benzodiazepines, or kratom, Dr. Aviva has developed treatment plans to safely help you stop substance use while managing withdrawal symptoms with carefully managed medication protocols.

Evaluation consists of an initial online intake followed by an in-person consultation with our medical providers to determine eligibility for outpatient care. Eligibility is based on severity of use and varies case by case.

Outpatient detox does not replace traditional inpatient care, which may be necessary for some individuals. This program is suitable for individuals whose substance use is stable and who need discretion and privacy.
