Payment
Our providers are in network with Aetna. For all other insurance plans, our providers are out of network.
Insurance plans may reimburse a percentage of our fees depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits. Upon request, we can provide invoices containing the information insurance companies generally require for reimbursement.
To make services more accessible, we have a limited number of sliding scale slots available. You can inquire about availability.
Important scheduling policy
Please cancel at least 48 hours, or two business days, before your appointment to avoid a fee.
A $50 fee applies to the first late cancellation. Subsequent late cancellations are charged the full session fee.
Phones and email are not monitored after hours or on weekends, so please provide notice during business hours.
