Our providers are in network with Aetna.
For all other insurance plans, we operate as an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly, but we can provide monthly superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier prior to your first session to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits.
We also offer a limited amount of slots on a sliding scale fee structure to reduce systemic financial barriers and ensure mental healthcare remains equitable and accessible. Please inquire about availability prior to scheduling your appointment.
Important scheduling policy
Please cancel at least 48 hours, or two business days, before your appointment to avoid a fee.
A $50 fee applies to the first late cancellation. Subsequent late cancellations are charged the full session fee.
Phones and email are not monitored after hours or on weekends, so please provide notice during business hours.
